Supported Accommodation
Forevercare’s OFSTED regulated supported accommodation has been carefully designed to allow young people to thrive and move towards independence.
Our approach is designed to promote young people’s ability to access support, develop positive relationships and feel valued and appreciated.
Nourishing Environment
Each young person will be respected, valued and nurtured to allow their individual talents and strengths to develop during their time living in the home or solo placement, encouraging young people to develop their confidence and well-being leading to fulfilling their potential.
Dedicated Staff
The staff team fosters positive relationships with the young people through shared daily life in a well maintained, safe and stimulating environment, working closely with all agencies to enable young people’s integration into communities, families or into independent living.
We endeavour to provide advice and emotional support to enable young people to:
- Access services and resources, which will address their needs
- Maintain contact with people who are significant to them (within a risk assessment framework)
- Keep a close link with the young person’s school/education placement
- Maintain cultural links
- Develop and maintain links with community resources such as youth clubs and activity clubs
- Support positive peer relationships
