I have worked in health and social care for 23 years, gaining experience working with children and adults with varying needs.

I have over 20 years experience working in a health and social care environment, 5 years experience working with children and young people.

Hi, my name is Susan Clarke, currently the Registered Manager of Percy House,
I have over 20 years’ experience within the Health and Social Care arena, having worked within a variety of settings including Education, Residential and Foster care and gained experience within Mainstream, ESBD and Learning Disabilities, including those young people with a diagnosis of ASD.
Within this time, I am proud to say I have progressed through the ranks to reach Registered Manager and have both enjoyed, as well as not forgotten my journey.
I have a passion to provide the very best of care for every young person I have and have had the privilege of working with and enjoy celebrating their achievements.

Hi my name is Cerys Howard, registered manager of Field house. I have worked in residential care my entire working life since leaving university in 2006. I am very passionate about my role as Registered Manager and strive to provide the best home and opportunities i can for all of the young people in my care.
I was involved in the process of readying and registering Field House with Ofsted so I have been able to put my own stamp on the home and loved the whole process. I am very much looking forward to continuing to build my staff team and welcome new young people to Field House over time.
Hi my name is Lorraine Hood, registered manager of one of our homes based in Sunderland. Everyone knows me as Lulu, I am passionate about providing the best possible childhood opportunities and like to feel I’m in tune with the needs of young people. I have over 10 years of experience providing care and support for young people with a diagnosis of learning disabilities and EBD.
I am part of a team that strives for the highest standards to give young people the best experiences. I have a home with a family feel and I enjoy seeing the progress our people make.

My passion and drive is to support and manage our Hub staff with a person-centred approach, I have a range of qualifications to fulfil my role as a Hub manager with Forevercare, also having a diploma in counselling and level 4 leadership and management.

Hi I’m Amy, I’m part of the admin team in the ForeverCare Hub. I have worked in admin for 8 years for a variety of companies. I have a great passion for helping others which is why I wanted to work for ForeverCare, the support they provide to their staff and young people is outstanding. If you visit the hub you will surely hear me before you see me, this comes in handy when I’m at festivals and concerts as I’m only little! I am a proud owner of 2 pooches who I love taking on big walks along the beach, cliffs or just anywhere we can have a good explore!
