Hi my name is Angie Riddell the Responsible Individual for all the residential childrens homes.
I have worked in health and social care for 23 years, gaining experience working with children and adults with varying needs.
I have previously been a registered manager and understand the positives and difficulties we may face.
My passion is to support the managers to enable young people reach their full potential.
I have high expectations of everyone and cascade this throughout.

As the manager of the North West my role varies from today to which – which I love!
I’m involved in all aspects of the supported living process, starting with the initial referral, straight through to working with the young person at the house.
When we receive a referral I normally speak with the commissioning team and social worker to see if we can provide support. This then moves onto planning meetings and agreeing a date for the young person to move in. Liaising with health professionals, family, police, courts, social workers and any other agencies involved in the YP life to ensure a smooth transition. The team is then briefed and any adjustments to the property made all ready for the 1 st day!
I also conduct interviews, carry out inductions, staff 1-2-1’s, introduce new homes and oversee the supported Living operation in the North West.

Hi my name is Karen Hudson, registered manager of Oakwood house. I have been the Registered Manager of Oakwood House since we opened in May 2020.
I have over 20 years experience working in a health and social care environment, 5 years experience working with children and young people.
I’m a big football fan, I enjoy going to concerts and spending time with my family outside of work.

Hi, my name is Susan Clarke, currently the Registered Manager of Percy House,
I have over 20 years’ experience within the Health and Social Care arena, having worked within a variety of settings including Education, Residential and Foster care and gained experience within Mainstream, ESBD and Learning Disabilities, including those young people with a diagnosis of ASD.
Within this time, I am proud to say I have progressed through the ranks to reach Registered Manager and have both enjoyed, as well as not forgotten my journey.
I have a passion to provide the very best of care for every young person I have and have had the privilege of working with and enjoy celebrating their achievements.
I pride myself in encouraging both the young person(s) and staff team to create their own goals and support them to reach these.

Hi my name is Cerys Howard, registered manager of Field house. I have worked in residential care my entire working life since leaving university in 2006. I am very passionate about my role as Registered Manager and strive to provide the best home and opportunities i can for all of the young people in my care.
I was involved in the process of readying and registering Field House with Ofsted so I have been able to put my own stamp on the home and loved the whole process. I am very much looking forward to continuing to build my staff team and welcome new young people to Field House over time.
Hi my name is Lorraine Hood, registered manager of one of our homes based in Sunderland. Everyone knows me as Lulu, I am passionate about providing the best possible childhood opportunities and like to feel I’m in tune with the needs of young people. I have over 10 years of experience providing care and support for young people with a diagnosis of learning disabilities and EBD.
I am part of a team that strives for the highest standards to give young people the best experiences. I have a home with a family feel and I enjoy seeing the progress our people make.

My passion and drive is to support and manage our Hub staff with a person-centred approach, I have a range of qualifications to fulfil my role as a Hub manager with Forevercare, also having a diploma in counselling and level 4 leadership and management.
Hi my name is Kirsty Mawson, I have 19 years in social care, with a background in forensic mental health and children with complex needs.
I have worked in supported living with Forevercare for 1 and a half years.
Hi my name is Yasmine Noble, my background is in childcare and I’ve been with Forevercare for a year and a half. My passion is seeing young people reach their full potential.
Having worked in the social care industry for the last 14 years working from support worker to team manager, developing many skills along the way, it is not just a job, it’s also a passion and a huge part of my life.
Recently moving over to forever care, it is my aim to deliver a service for young people in need in the best possible way to help improve their lives. Whilst also using my own personal experience and knowledge base that has been developed over the years, having grown up in the care system myself.
Hi, I have been working in the social care sector now for over a decade and my passion and drive is to help our children grow stronger and stronger.
My role at ForeverCare is “Service Manager” this encompasses roles such being the DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead), Health and Safety Executive, HR supervisor, having a holistic oversight over our placements and children and running the senior mentorship. I am also the in house trainer for ForeverCare in which we deliver many accredited level 2 and 3 courses.

Hi I’m Amy, I’m part of the admin team in the ForeverCare Hub. I have worked in admin for 8 years for a variety of companies. I have a great passion for helping others which is why I wanted to work for ForeverCare, the support they provide to their staff and young people is outstanding. If you visit the hub you will surely hear me before you see me, this comes in handy when I’m at festivals and concerts as I’m only little! I am a proud owner of 2 pooches who I love taking on big walks along the beach, cliffs or just anywhere we can have a good explore!
