Due to our continued success we have recently opened our North West branches within the Greater Manchester regions

Our homes are located in Swinton (M27) and Oldham (OL8), both of which are solo placements.

Each home has been chosen to ensure our service users can develop their independence and receive the highest support possible to enable them to achieve their reach and exceed their goals.  Our prime locations along with 24/7 support ensures our services users get the highest level of bespoke support available.

Accommodation Information

Swinton and Oldham are both 2 bedroom terraced housing located in an urban environment that are both highly connected by local tram, rail and bus services. Both properties are designed for a supported living environment and suitable for young persons aged 16-18yrs.

The staff team fosters positive relationships with the young people through shared daily life in a well maintained, safe and stimulating environment, working closely with all agencies to enable young people’s integration into communities, families or into independent living
